HelloTask Platform Ltd is looking for a dynamic finance professional to join its emerging team. We are a purely tech-focused company based on the basic ideology of making things automated. We are building a job platform that connects blue-collar workers in real-time. HelloTask is a team of 40 young, passionate, tech-enthusiast people & we are looking for our 'finance guru' to guide us along the way. 

You will be joining a three members team at the finance dept. We have two types of primary stakeholders. We work simultaneously with the private equity investors and the impact partners. Most of our investors and donors are from Singapore, Canada & USA. We are building a global team and trying to go into a full-remote working culture. Before that, your core responsibility would be to create an automated process for finance & accounts-related transactions.

 Qualifications: 

• Master of Business Administration (MBA/MBS) with a Chartered Accountant (Application Level) certification, indicating a strong educational background in finance and accounting.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in the service industry is required, demonstrating a deep understanding of financial analysis and accounting principles.
• Strong proficiency in accounting software and Excel is essential, showcasing the ability to manage financial data accurately and efficiently.
• Prior experience in operating accounting software like Quickbooks or SAP, indicating familiarity with industry-standard financial management tools.
• Good proficiency in MS Office, particularly in Excel, to handle financial data and create detailed reports.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
• A hardworking and dedicated attitude, showing commitment to accuracy, attention to detail, and meeting deadlines.
• Ability to multitask and handle several responsibilities simultaneously, managing multiple financial tasks efficiently.
• Fluent English speaking skills are a must, enabling effective communication with global teams and clients.
• A quick and enthusiastic learner, capable of adapting to new financial concepts and technologies.
